The hotel will check the validity of the credit card at the time of booking. If the credit card is proven to be invalid, you will have 24 hours to provide the hotel with a new valid credit card. Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to provide a valid credit card within 24 hours.
The credit card holder must be present upon arrival with the credit card used for the reservation along with a matching photo ID. The hotel does not accept third party credit card payments.
Please note that different terms and conditions and policies, which may include pre-paid deposits, will apply to group bookings of more than 9 rooms. The property will contact you following your reservation.

Please note that the airport shuttle service to and from Schiphol Airport is available from 4:45 to midnight and runs every half hour.
Please be advised that a €5 ticket is required for the shuttle for return journeys from the hotel back to the airport.
