A €100 pre-authorisation per room is required at check-in on your card. Prepaid cards or cash are not accepted. The pre-authorisation will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or breach of our hotel rules, and it should appear in your account within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on your bank.

Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.

Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.

Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.

Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.

To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team.

Dogs up to 60cm are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.

Our windows don’t open, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and added safety. With air conditioning in every room, you’ll stay comfortable no matter what the weather’s doing outside.

It is possible to have a late check out at this accommodation. This service is available for an additional charge of EUR 20. With the late check out service guests can stay until 1pm.

It is also possible to have an early check in at this accommodation. This service is available for an additional fee of EUR 20. With the early check in service guests can check in from 12pm onward.

To store your luggage before check in or after check out we have lockers available at EUR 5.
