Parking:
The NCP on Greyfriars Road is located directly opposite Park Plaza Cardiff. Guests of the hotel can receive a 25% discount if their parking ticket is validated at the hotel reception. This does not include tickets pre-bought on the NCP website.
Guests may wish to use alternative car parks which are lower in price, however they are located at a further distance.

We no longer accept cash payments for rooms. Each guest on check in will have to pay by credit or debit card for their room rate and if they wish to leave a deposit for extras this must also be by card.
