Apartments are cleaned before arrival and although a cleaning service is not included in the rate, guests can request this service for an additional cost. Apartments are equipped with cleaning products. There is no fee for the end of stay clean.
To finalize the reservation a member of staff will contact the guest.
Guests are then asked to indicate their expected time of arrival at the apartment.
