The property pre-authorises the amount of the first night 3 days before the check in. The pre-authorisation is then cancelled on the check-out day. For stays longer than 5 nights, the credit card will be pre-authorised immediately.

No-Show - Is due to the property and will be charged to the guest the value of the 1st night

Payment of the full reservation is due upon check-in.
