- Self check-in from 5 PM to 9 PM. In-person check-in is also available (subject to availability and prior request).
- A link for mandatory hotel registration (required by law) will be sent.
Supplements:
- Late arrival: arrivals after 9 PM, a supplement of €30 + VAT (€36.30) will apply, regardless of whether the check-in is in-person or self-check-in.
- Early check-in: arrivals before 5 PM, a supplement of €20 + VAT (€24.20) will apply (subject to availability and prior request).
- Late check-out: departures after 11 AM, a supplement of €20 + VAT (€24.20) will apply (subject to availability and prior request).
Lockers:
- Available for early arrivals or to store belongings. A discount voucher will be provided after booking.
Responsibility for belongings:
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any losses.
Lost keys:
- A charge of €100 will apply for each set of lost keys.
Check-out time:
- Delays without prior notice will incur a supplement of €50 per hour.
No smoking:
