Malacuna Birmingham is pet friendly. Pet owners are required to book private rooms, as pets are not permitted in dormitories. A pet fee may apply.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Otherwise, we won't be able to provide accommodation.

- Late Check-Out: Standard check-out time is by 11:00 am.
- Late Check-Out may be requested with a member of the team for an additional £10 per room or £5 per bed until 01:00 pm.
Towels: To support our sustainability efforts, we encourage guests to bring their own towels. However, if needed, towels are available upon request for a hire fee of £4 each, subject to availability. Please ensure the towels are returned on departure to avoid an additional charge of £4.
Towels are available free on request to guests in private rooms.
Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping is provided by default. Long-stay guests (more than 7 nights) can request this service with a member of the team on-site.
