For pre-paid and non-refundable rates, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking. The hotel may also request, in order to confirm and secure the reservations, a signed copy of the credit card given as guarantee.

The credit card holder will be requested to present the card while checking in. Third party cards are accepted, upon presentation of a signed copy and photo ID of the holder. The hotel reserves the right to refund the prepayment and request an alternate method of payment, in case these conditions are not met.

Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card given to guarantee the reservation. The credit card pre-authorization is done 4 days before arrival, for reservations with no deposit or prepayment. In case the credit card is not authorized, the hotel will contact the guest in order to provide new valid credit card details.
