Apartmenthaus Villa Usedom is centrally located near the beach in the Baltic resort of Heringsdorf. The apartment building consists of an historic villa and a newly built residence with a lift and underground parking (for an extra charge).

Also housed within the new residence, the Vitalis spa area features a pool, bio sauna, Finnish sauna, fitness room and treatment area.
