The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card. Please note that for flexible reservations, the credit card will be charged automatically at noon (local time) on the arrival day.
The restaurant also has a wide culinary offer and a diverse cultural and leisure agenda. The property parking is located in Madrid Central (a low-emission area), and the only allowed vehicles are with ZERO, ECO, C, and B environmental labels.
