The 1,800 m² spa area includes an indoor pool with thermal water, a sauna area, an infrared cabin, relaxation areas, various baths, fitness and aerobucs rooms, and beauty treatment rooms. The outdoor area includes a large sunbathing lawn and tennis courts.

The spacious and elegant rooms at the EUROPÄISCHER HOF Bad Gastein include a flat-screen cable TV, a minibar (stocked on request), and a seating area. The bathrooms feature bathrobes and a hairdryer.

The restaurant serve Austrian and international cuisine. Half-board with a 4-course dinner with salad buffet or a buffet evening is available on request. Also on site is a typical Austrian café serving homemade pastries. Services begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. Additional services (breakfast on the day of arrival, afternoon snack, etc.) can be used at an additional cost.

Various activities such as tennis, hiking and mountain biking are organised. A cross-country ski run is right outside. Free public parking is available on site.
