Apartamentos Playazul

Playazul Apartments are just 300 metres from Troya Beach in Playa de las Américas. Set in gardens, the complex features a children's pool, an outdoor pool with a sun terrace, and apartments and studios with a balcony.

Situated in the centre of the Playa de las Americas resort in Tenerife, the attractive Apartamentos Playazul feature a lounge area with a TV, sofa and fan.

The poolside snack bar offers a continental breakfast, as well as light meals. There are also many restaurants, bars and shops within 5 minutes’ walk of the apartments. The complex offers a FREE WIFI access.

Tenerife South Airport is 15 km away, and can be reached easily from the nearby bus stop. The Playazul’s staff will be happy to help arrange excursions around the island, as well as car rental.

The establishment will carry out renovation works throughout the year to improve the rooms and / or services. During this period, guests may experience disturbance and noise.

The works will be carried out from 09:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday (subject to change).

Please note that stag or hen parties and similar parties are not available at this property.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you up to 14 days after check-out, depending on your bank. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed and this in the same conditions as it was delivered. Otherwise, charges will be made for extra cleaning and / or to cover the costs of any damage or breakage.

The client must leave the apartment at his scheduled time (before 11:00), otherwise we would proceed to charge a late check-out supplement with prices from €10 per additional hour. Upon departure the apartment must be in good condition of maintenance and cleanliness otherwise we would proceed to deduct from your deposit charges for extra cleaning and / or any damage. Please note that we will proceed to clean your apartment every two days of stay, if during the supervision of your room this is not in good condition and tidy, you will lose the cleaning service for that day. If you do not return your apartment in good conditions, we may charge you an extra cleaning service (prices are from 30€).Gæsterne bedes fremvise gyldigt billed-id og kreditkort ved indtjekning.
