This student residence is located in Barcelona's lively Gràcia district. It offers affordable accommodation with free internet and a modern en-suite bathroom. Diagonal Avenue is 15 minutes’ walk away.

Reservations (short or long stays) are for students or academic staff who want to stay for academic reasons. When checking in, you will be asked to provide information about the university or study center you are attending.

Please also notice that, Bookings for 10 or more guests are considered 'group bookings' and they are subject to different terms and conditions. Group reservations can only be made through the reservations team. Otherwise, The Residència Erasmus Gracia reserves the right to cancel them.

Be aware that Check-in is since 14:00, If you arrive before that time we will be happy to keep your luggage in custody, and you will be able to use our common areas unless your room is ready.
If you arrive very late, there will be no problem as our reception is available 24 hours a day, and you can check in at any time after 14:00. Check Out time is until 11:00 am. If necessary, we can also help you store your luggage until your departure.

The Residència Erasmus Gracia offers the possibility of parking your car in a private car park.
