The SEEBICHL Design Hotel is an adults-only hotel for guests aged 15 and over, located on the shores of Lake Schwarzsee in Kitzbühel, approximately a 15-minute walk from the old town. A private shuttle bus takes guests to and from the gondola lift.

The hotel's award-winning à la carte restaurant, SEEBICHL, serves casual alpine dining every evening from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and is particularly known for its extensive fondue selection during the winter season. In the afternoon, drinks and snacks, homemade cakes, and hand-picked music are served by the pool, in the lobby, and on the sun deck.
The green bar offers guests a relaxed atmosphere, creative cocktails, and popular classics. The breakfast buffet for late risers, served from 7:30 to 11:00, features exclusively regional products and items from small Alpine producers.
