This is a self-check-in property and a budget accommodation. Guests are required to present a valid passport and proof of ongoing travel (such as a flight, train, or bus ticket) prior to check-in. Travelling Canadians must provide proof of residency outside the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Please note that we do not accept residents of the Lower Mainland. A valid photo ID must be submitted in advance by email, text message, WhatsApp, Line, or web chat. Please be sure to contact us ahead of your arrival to receive your door pin code.
A CAD 100 damage deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card a few days before arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of check-out, provided the property passes inspection. Payment methods and applicable transaction fees are as follows: credit card payments incur a 7% fee; PayPal payments incur a 4% fee; e-transfer or Wise carry 0%.
You must notify us in advance of your expected arrival time. If your arrival is later than 7:00 PM or later than the time you provided, please let us know. If we do not hear from you by that time, we will assume the booking has been cancelled. Our contact details are included in your booking confirmation.
Please be advised that group bookings of more than five guests will not be accepted. Additionally, if you are booking two or more dormitory beds, we cannot guarantee that all guests will be assigned to the same room.
Guests must bring their personal hygiene items, including towels, shampoo, and toiletries, as these are not provided. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or personal items. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge. Please bring your own lock if you wish to use one.
All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. You are welcome to communicate any such requests when booking, or by contacting us directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
