Located on the southwest coast of Mallorca, in the town of Palmanova, within the municipality of Calvià. Facing the sea and on the first line of the quiet marina, it offers direct access to the beach of Es Carregador, known for its golden sand, crystal clear waters and family atmosphere not far from the main shopping centres.
