The property can accept 1 postal package free of charge for any guest due to stay at the property. If a guest has more than 1 package delivered there will be a charge a GBP20.00 holding fee.

Please note that airport transfers are available for a fee of between GBP 55 - GBP 75, for Heathrow Airport and London City Airport. Additionally, transfers are available for Gatwick, Luton and Stansted Airport, for a fee between GBP 85 - GBP 105. A shared shuttle service is also available for Heathrow and City Airport for GBP 21 per person. For Gatwick, Luton and Stansted Airport, the fee is GBP 27 per person.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
