To ensure a seamless check-in experience at our contactless property, please take note of the following information to receive your Access Codes prior to your arrival:
1. Valid Mobile Number:
- Please provide a valid mobile number during the booking process.
- All communication from the property will be sent to you via WhatsApp or text a few days before your check-in date.
2. Payment:
- Any outstanding payment for the rooms will be charged to your payment card before your check-in date.
- This ensures a smooth check-in process and allows us to prepare for your stay.
3. Credit Card Authorization:
- For your convenience and to cover any incidentals or damages during your stay, we kindly request your credit card details.
- A secure link will be provided before your check-in date to safely save your card information.
4. Online Check-in:
- As a contactless self-check-in property, please complete the online check-in form once received on WhatsApp or Text with your valid ID card before arrival.
- This will expedite the check-in process and enable us to provide you with the necessary access codes.
5. Arrival & Departure Time:
- Access codes to your room will be activated at the standard check-in time of the property and deactivated at the standard check-out time.
- To assist you better, please inform us in advance of your expected arrival and departure time.
6. Booking Fee:
- A booking fee is charged upon confirmation of your reservation.
- This fee covers essential services such as 24/7 customer support, advanced technology tools, and guest promotions.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
