Just across the street from the Russian River, 15 minutes to Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Guerneville, Santa Rosa and a scenic 25 minute drive the the ocean. —You’ll make your way up a beautiful road to a sunny and bright tree topped oasis. There is off street parking for one and 3 more available in front. —As you enter the home you are greeted with an inviting living space with sleeper sofa open to a full kitchen equipped with high end furnishings and appliances. 55” flatscreen with Netflix, HBO, Amazon prime and Disney+ included. —Both bedrooms provide luxury memory foam mattresses and high quality bedding and pillows. The bathroom is just off the bedrooms and a “dream” with a tasteful design, rain shower, wand and decor.
