Guests are required to show their VALID credit card that used to pay for their booking along with their valid ID upon check-in. In case the payer is not one of the guests the property should be informed at least 2 weeks before arrival as sufficient paperwork must be completed before check-in. A refundable security deposit of €125.00 per guest, per stay is required at check-in. Security deposits can be authorized on one of the guests' credit/debit cards. Security deposits will be fully refunded within seven business days after check-out unless there are damages to the property or the guests violate any of the house rules. Please note, the property does not accept cash.

For safety and comfort, our Duplex Suites / Loft Rooms are not recommended for guests with limited mobility or for families with small children.
