The Victorian Best Western York House Hotel has been family-run since 1896. Eastbourne’s shopping and theaters can be reached in around a 10 minute walk.

Guests can relax on the sea-view terrace, and enjoy cocktails. Drinks are also offered at Verandah Bar, and good food and wine is available in the dining room.

Limited on-street car-parking in front of the hotel may be available (for an additional fee), with a discount voucher to be collected at check-in. Side street parking is unrestricted but the hotel cannot guarantee parking spaces.

We regret that due to the configuration of the hotel, the pool is not wheelchair accessible. Please note that lockers are not provided for swimmers.
