Only Duraflame/pretreated logs may be used in the fireplaces. No natural or fresh-cut wood. No open flame candles allowed. Damages from embers, candles or irons to carpet, bedding, and/or property will be charged for repairs. Property reserves the right to immediately evict any rooms that are over occupancy without refunds and/or charge a USD 40 per person over occupancy fee in addition to the nightly rate.
