Sometimes the property will charge a deposit.
Payment will be required on arrival by credit/debit card only. Cash payment is not possible and will not be accepted. An authorization of your credit/debit card will be taken on check in.
The Suites Hotel is a nonsmoking Hotel. If there is evidence of smoking in non designated areas after your visit, the hotel will automatically charge your card GBP100 towards the cost of professionally cleaning your room and in some cases, service thereafter may be refused. This charge will be taken from the credit/debit card used to make your reservation. If on arrival you smell smoke in your room please notify reception immediately.
Please note that Spa treatments need to be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
All double bedded suites have a zip and link mattress.
Please note, for bookings of 4 rooms or more, and for bookings of 7 room nights or more, different policies and conditions may apply.
Please note the following Group and long stay Policies:
- Guests booking 5-9 rooms and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking
- Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking
