-The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival. Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.
-All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.
-The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor.
-A security deposit of at least GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash.
-The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of.
-Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 500Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
