After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a secure link to complete your pre-arrival process. This includes uploading a photo of your government-issued ID and providing key details about your stay. Once completed, your digital check-in instructions will be sent one day prior to arrival.

Housekeeping: Optional and available on-demand for a nominal fee. Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through our Hospitality Hosts.

Parking: Paid parking is available in the alley behind the building. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Damage Deposit: A CAD $500 credit card hold is processed a few days before arrival. It’s released within 7 days of check-out, pending inspection.

Guest Requirements: Photo ID and credit card are required for check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

No Parties: Hen, stag, or similar group events are not permitted.
