This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests are required to complete an online pre-check-in. Shortly after booking, guests will receive a secure URL link to a trusted third-party guest portal and online pre-check-in service.
All information provided is encrypted under GDPR rules, and the property management company does not have direct access to sensitive information, such as card details.
If guests do not receive the portal on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID and credit card prior to check-in.
A security deposit of £200 is required. This will be collected by credit card via a temporary pre-authorization 24 hours before check-in. You should be reimbursed within 3 days after departure. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests will need to sign and agree to a rental agreement, which will also be processed through the guest pre-check-in portal.
