The Harrogate Spa is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00. Hotel residents have one-hour access to the pool and poolside spa facilities, subject to availability. No booking is required—it is on a first-come, first-served basis. Treatments and Day Packages are available to book from 10:00 to 18:00, subject to availability. Please speak to the Harrogate Spa reception to make a reservation.
From September 1st, 2025, children’s swim times are from 19:00 to 21:00 and 16:00 to 18:00 daily, subject to availability. Booking is essential, and charges apply.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
