No Commercial Activity: The use of the property for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to sex work, is strictly prohibited. Breach of this clause will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of payment, and possible police involvement.

Guest Conduct and Safety: Guests must not engage in behavior that could disturb neighbors or compromise the safety and reputation of the building. Any criminal activity or suspicious behavior may be reported to local authorities.

Vandalism or Retaliation: Any act of vandalism — including suspected third-party retaliation linked to guest activity — will be treated as a serious incident and reported.

Key and Access Responsibility: Guests are responsible for returning all keys to the designated location. A £50 replacement fee applies to lost keys.

Damage and Reporting: All damages or issues must be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in charges. Any damages will be reported to the booking platform, and guests may be held financially responsible.
