A deposit of €300 will be requested before you enter the accommodations by bank card imprint (no cash). In the event of noncompliance with the rules and depending on the offense, a partial or total deduction from the deposit may be made.
For stays of more than 7 nights, the customer agrees that the bank card imprint (not debited) may be renewed during the stay, particularly within 5 days prior to departure, via a secure link sent by the landlord. In the event of refusal or failure to renew, contractual measures may be applied.
01 Respect the apartment and common areas. Wash your dishes and dispose of your trash. (Housekeeping does not include washing dishes or disposing of household waste.)
Please leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it.
02 I love animals, but they are not allowed for hygiene reasons.
03 The accommodations is nonsmoking, so please do not smoke inside.
The windows must be closed whenever you leave.
04 Please do not organize parties and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.
05 The staircase without risers is not suitable for young children.
06 Please follow the safety rules and do not use dangerous electrical equipment.
07 The key box should only be used when you leave and not as a storage space.
08 Unless otherwise specified, check-in is possible from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m.

09 The two windows and the front door must be closed each time you leave the apartment.
Security information: A video doorbell is installed outside the front door. It only films the doorway for the safety of guests and property. There are no cameras installed inside the accommodations.
Please also remove the request for the customer's arrival time, which is still visible in the ad and still used by my customers, even though your customer service department has confirmed that I did not want this option.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
