Check-ins are contactless, meaning that there will be no reception or person to welcome the guests at the property. We will be available until 6:00 PM to assist guests with practical matters and questions around their apartment and check-in.

Practical Information: Inside the apartment, our guests will find a blue book with the Stayci logo on the dining table. This book contains the Wi-Fi password, apartment details, and emergency contact numbers. We are available via email and phone for any questions.

For urgent issues after office hours, the emergency number is listed in the blue book, our WhatsApp (+31 65 135 32 54) response message, and if our guests call our direct number (+31 70 331 61 91), they will be forwarded to our emergency line.
