The reception is closed every day from 11am to 5pm, however an automatic kiosk is available for check-in from 2pm.
Our establishment is open from Monday to Thursday from 06:30 to 21:00.
Fridays from 06:30 to 20:30, and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 07:30 to 20:30
Outside reception opening hours, head to the hotel entrance where an Automatic Room Dispenser allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time.
To do this, have your reservation number and your bank card ready for payment, then follow the instructions on the screen.
The access code to your room also opens the gate and the door to the hotel lobby if applicable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
