Hotel Library reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival. In case of a nonrefundable booking, the total price of the reservation may be charged any time after booking. It will be charged in the guest's local currency.
Guests are required to show the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival.
If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling.
Please note that the following policies apply for bookings containing 5 rooms or more: The hotel reserves the right to ask a pre-payment as a guarantee of the reservation.
The prepayment amount is 50% of the total reservation value, acceptable by bank transfer only. Credit card payment is not acceptable for guarantee of reservation.
Please note that group reservations will not be confirmed until the hotel receives the prepayment. This prepayment is to be considered as nonrefundable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
