The total price of the reservation will be taken prior to arrival within 14 days.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the guest’s rooms. If a guest is found to have smoked in a room, a fee of GBP 250.00 will be charged on the card used to make the reservation. Please note, if any damage is done to the room during the guest's stay, the cost of the repairs or replacement of items will be charged to the guest's credit card. Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required. Please note that the card used to make the booking has to be present upon arrival

You must present the card used for the booking upon arrival, otherwise, a third party form must be requested and completed prior to the arrival date.

If the payment card isn't present at the time of check-in, Kip may require a security deposit of £150 which will cover any damages or extra costs caused by guests - this deposit could be provided in cash or as a pre-authorization on a different credit card which belongs to the guest or anyone authorized to use it by the cardholder.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
