Payment will be taken on arrival for flexible rates or at the time of the booking for pre-paid, nonrefundable stays.
Guests are required to present the original credit/debit card used at the time of booking which will be Chip & Pin verified upon check-in for both flexible and pre-paid stays. The name on the credit/debit card used at check-in must match the name of the primary room occupier. A valid photo ID must also be presented. An expense deposit of GBP 100 per night is also required on arrival. This will be collected by credit/debit card and should be reimbursed on check out to the same card used for payment, subject to an inspection of the property and any bedroom charges.


7th Floor – Relaxation spa and infinity spa pool is available for residents only, guests are welcome to visit the pool between 7am and 9pm daily and are not required to reserve a timeslot prior to arriving at the hotel. However, capacity will continue to be limited to eight people. Please note the pool is not suitable for children and the minimum age required is 16 years old.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
