When booking the Entire cottage as a holiday home, guests will be able to enjoy the newly fitted modern well equipped kitchen dining room, a comfortable lounge with 2 large comfortable sofas and outdoor terraces at the front and the back.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen and dining room or back terrace when they book a King Room with attached bathroom only.

Some rooms have a sitting area and partial sea-views and a shared terrace.

Holkham Hall is 1.5 miles and Blakeney Point is 5.6 miles from the house. The nearest airport is Norwich International Airport, 26.7 miles from the property and the nearest train stations are in Norwich and Kings Lynn from which buses are available to Wells-next-the-Sea.

Guests are required to agree to the booking conditions after booking including the cleaning policy, which is to place the laundry in the bag provided and leave it as clean as found. This does not affect the properties own thorough clean.
