GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.
PARKING: Please note that parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please contact the hotel directly to make a reservation for the parking space. Parking costs EUR 35 per day.
ACCESSIBILITY: Please note that some Family Quadruple Rooms (Quadruple Room with 2 Single Beds and 1 Bunk Bed with Private Bathroom) are wheelchair accessible. Please contact the hostel for more information. Please note that not all rooms are wheelchair accessible. Please inform the property via the Special Requests box during reservation.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Please note that guest between 16 and 18 years old can stay at the hostel, only private dorm or room, if parental consent is provided.
AMENITIES: Towels are only included in the Twin rooms, Premium double rooms and SkySuite, for other rooms towels can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 6. Alternatively, guests can bring their own.
PET POLICY: We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
