Monday to Friday: from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays and public holidays: from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sundays: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE CLOSED (check-ins will be self-managed; we will send you the instructions to access).
We only have reception on Sundays from June 1 to September 30.

Outside reception hours, we have mailboxes available for leaving the room/apartment keys. Guests must contact the accommodations to confirm late arrival and to receive check-in instructions.

We provide daily cleaning of our rooms, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, when only common areas are cleaned.
For apartments, cleaning is weekly for stays longer than 7 days.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
