Real Marina Residence

The Real Marina has a privileged location in front of the Ria Formosa and Olhão´s marina. Guests have access to a swimming pool that is located on the top floor of the building and has panoramic views.

The elegant apartments at Real Marina Residence have a fully equipped kitchen and living area. The spacious and modern bathrooms are made with natural stone.

For an additional charge, guests can make use of the Health Club, Real Spa Therapy and dining options at Real Marina Hotel's complex, just across the road. Nearby Olhão restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes' walk away.

The islands of Armona and Culatra can be reached within 15 minutes by using the regular ferries that leave from the marina. Faro Airport is a 25-minute drive away.

Please note that apartments are cleaned once a week and towels replaced for stays of more than 7 nights. Shorter stays are not entitled to cleaning and towel replacement.

Please note that the Spa, pools, gym and other services at Real Marina Hotel's complex located nearby are available at an additional cost.

Pet-Friendly apartments available equipped, upon request and according to availability, with a bed, absorbing training pad for dogs, cat litter box, and bowls for food and water.

Dogs up to 15 KG are accepted. Dogs of a dangerous breed are not accepted. A maximum of 2 animals per apartment is allowed. The guest must be accompanied by legal documentation of the pet and confirm with the property after reservation.

When booking 10 or more apartments, please note the following conditions apply: full upfront prepayment, non-amendable and also nonrefundable in case of cancellation.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25 EUR per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos.
