Residenza Del Sole

Residenza del Sole is centrally located in Gressoney Saint Jean. You will have free use of a sauna, a gym and an indoor pool here. There is a kids' club.

All of the apartments are warm and comfortable. They have kitchenettes with dishwashers. Final cleaning is included in the rate.

The Monterosa ski area is easily reachable from Residence del Sole. Close by there are tennis courts and an ice rink.

Residenza del Sole has a restaurant, a bar and a reading room.

Please note;

- Upon arrival you will be required to slip your credit card and authorize withdrawals of up to EUR 400 in case of damage to the apartment.

- A city tax of EUR 1 per person per day applies, and is not included in the price.

- The swimming pool and other facilities are not available during low season.

- The miniclub is for children from 3 to 11 years of age.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
