Owners are allowed to transit through the common areas with their pet, along the route to their room and the hotel lobby. However, the pets are not allowed to stay in the following areas of the hotel: bar, restaurant, meeting rooms, toilets.

When not accompanied by their parents, minors under 18 years old can be accepted if accompanied by an adult in possession of the authorization signed by the parent together with a copy of the parent's identity document. Also the minor needs to show an identity document.
