When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met, The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.
A credit card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival. Should the card decline, The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking
All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
No-show reservations will be canceled and charged for the first night, as per the Talbot Collection booking policy.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.
Please note that while pets are not allowed in the hotel, guide dogs are accepted and a request must be made at time of booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
