THE MOATS - CODDINGTON A small private thatched cottage B&B located in quiet countryside between Ledbury and Malvern - convenient for the Malvern Three Counties Showground and 5 miles from excellent shops restaurants and Ledbury Poetry Festival is located in Ledbury, just 24 miles from Kingsholm Stadium and 7.4 miles from Eastnor Castle. This bed and breakfast provides free private parking, full-day security, and free Wifi. Hampton Court Castle & Gardens is 17 miles from the bed and breakfast and Wilton Castle is 19 miles away.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the bed and breakfast. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing.

Buffet and continental breakfast options with fresh pastries and juice are available.

Worcester Cathedral is 15 miles from the bed and breakfast, while Hereford Cathedral is 17 miles away.

"The Moats is our private home, NOT commercial premises.
Therefore our terms are STRICT:
1) Guests are required to provide verification of identification (including full name, current address, mobile phone number and email address) IMMEDIATELY upon reservation or NOT LESS THAN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.
2) This verification can be a photo of a current Council Tax bill or pictorial driving license and can be sent by text to my mobile phone 07375 857332 or my email skyline10@btinternet.com.
3) Check-in is strictly 6pm to 8pm. Check-out is 6am to 10am.
4) The Moats is CLOSED from 10am to 6pm daily and guests are required to vacate the property between these hours, even if returning for subsequent nights.
5) Daytime accommodations is NOT available and I do not host night shift workers.
6) A continental breakfast, included in the price of your stay, is served between 6am and 9am daily. Cooked breakfast is NOT offered.
7) Smoking and all naked flames are forbidden on any part of the premises, indoors or outdoors.
8) Children under 16 years and adults over 75 years are not accommodated.
9) No pets are permitted indoors.
10) Your host reserves the right to reject and refund, WITHOUT RELOCATION, any last-minute reservation made after midday on the date of proposed check-in.
