Important for future guests – relaxation doesn’t take a break!
During the refurbishments from mid-March 2026 to mid-October 2026, you can still stay at our hotel - albeit with limited availability of certain areas, and, at times, the SPA Water & Sauna world.* Our usual services is guaranteed and you can rest assured that every detail is designed to prioritize relaxation and comfort.

*The SPA water & sauna world will be completely closed from 13th April 2026 to 10th May 2026. During this time, guests can use the exclusive hotel panorama SPA with extended opening hours from 07.00 am to midnight.

Please note that children under 15 years have no access to the saunas and the Panorama Spa.

On the day of arrival, the wellness area and the sauna can be accessed from 09:00, while on the day of departure, they can be accessed until 11:00.

If you are traveling with children, please inform the property in advance of their number and age. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.

When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that our Nature Rooms offer an air cooler and not an air conditioner.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
