The timings are Morning 09:00 AM till Evening11:00 PM, you may ring the doorbell at the entrance for assistance. There is no self check-in at the property.

Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay.

During the check-out please ensure the room is in clean condition. It is the guest responsibility to dispose the trash and put the cutlery in the dish-washer.

Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. In the event of a proven violation of rules, Skyreach Bizzstay reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests.
In case of smoking, the fine is 250 €. If any tampering is done with the fire safety devices a fine of 500 € is applicable.

Guests under the age of 18 can check in only with written permission from a parent or legal guardian. The form can be provided by the property upon the guest's request.
