OYO The Leven

In the busy market town of Stokesley,OYO The Leven is just 10 minutes’ drive from the North Yorkshire Moors.

The Leven has been serving the public since at least 1793 when the building was the Golden Lion inn.

Guests can dine in The Market Bar & Grill, and in summer the terrace overlooking the River Leven is available for dining or drinks and the bar serves a broad range of beers, whiskeys and cocktails.

The rooms have modern decor, private bathrooms and plasma TVs with Freeview. A hairdryer is also included in the room.

The Leven is 30 minutes’ drive from the centers of Middlesbrough, Darlington and Northallerton. Thirsk and the World of James Herriot is a 25-minute drive from the hotel while Ripon and Fountains Abbeys are 40 minutes away.

This is a grade2 listed building with 3 floors and we have no elevator anyone struggling with mobility issues may struggle to navigate the many stairs and long halls of this wonderful historic building.

Bars and Restaurants will stay closed on Sunday and Monday.

Bar & restaurant open Tuesday- Saturday. Food service from 4 pm- 9:30 pm.
