Forever looking for new opportunities to present our guests with unforgettable and illustrious experiences, Simplissimmo decided to restore, renovate and transform entire floors of a nearly half-century-year-old building located in the heart of downtown Montreal.

Business or pleasure, weekend away or temporary relocation, the Pierce Hotel, was meticulously designed with our guest's ultimate comfort in mind with each unit featuring a Premium King Size memory foam mattress, rain shower, in-suite laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee and Smart TV.

Important information

Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in.

A C$300 security deposit will be pre-authorized on the guest's credit card at check-in. Our cleaning team will intervene at 11:00 AM on the day of departure, and in case of damage, a report with pictures will be sent after the evaluation. If no issues are found, the pre-authorization will be released within forty-eight (48) hours of departure.

We provide a contactless check-in experience using a unique access code for building and room entry via a smart lock.

A maximum of 2 guests per room and up to 2 visitors until 11PM are allowed.
