As part of our hotel policies with a guaranteed reservation on your c/c, please be aware that a prepayment equivalent to the 1st night's room rate and applicable taxes will be charged one day prior to your scheduled arrival date. Additionally, a security deposit will be required upon check-in.
We are pleased to offer complimentary transportation services to various attractions in the area. Our shuttle service to Disney Parks operates daily at 10:35 am, with returns scheduled for 5:00 pm and 10:35 pm. Furthermore, we provide free transportation to Universal Studios departing at 07:35 am. Please note that transportation to Hollywood Studios departs at 10:35 am, where Disney will then provide transport to their parks. Returns from Universal Studios are scheduled for 08:15 pm and 08:20 pm respectively. Transportation from Hollywood Studios and Epcot Center to the hotel is available at 05:00 pm and 10:35 pm respectively.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and our front desk operates 24 hours a day to assist you with any inquiries or requests, Check-out out is 11:00 am. For guaranteed reservations, please note that rooms will be held until 7:00 am the day following your scheduled arrival.
