Timbrell's Yard

On the banks of the River Avon, Timbrell's Yard is a 15-minute drive from historical Bath. A Grade II building recently refurbished, guests can relax in the leafy gardens, or enjoy home-cooked meals in the traditional restaurant.

The elegant rooms at Timbrell's Yard are individually decorated, and many have wonderful original features. All rooms have free WiFi access and a TV, and tea/coffee facilities are provided.

Set in a grand 17th-century building, the bar at Timbrell's Yard offers real ales and international beers. The restaurant serves Sunday lunches, hearty cooked breakfasts and seasonal specials.

Timbrell's Yard is in the heart of Bradford-on-Avon, just a 2-minute walk from Bradford-on-Avon Railway Station. There is on-site parking, and Longleat Safari Park is a 25-minute drive away.

Guests are required to present the credit card with which they secured the booking at check-in.

Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required.

Guests should specify their twin bed preference at the time of booking in the Special Requests box. Please note, bed preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Any loss or damage to items listed within the inventory will be charged as required. Timbrell’s Yard reserves the right to charge the full amount for reinstatement of items found to have gone missing or to have broken.

Group bookings of 3–5 rooms have a cancellation policy of 14 days. This rule is also applied to individual bookings of 5 nights or more.

Group bookings of 6 rooms or more will require a contract, 10% deposit, and cancellation terms of 90 days.
Bookings of 5 nights or more have a cancellation policy of 14 days.
