For nonrefundable bookings:
Please note the payment must be from the original card, and the cardholder must be present upon check-in. In the case of third party bookings please contact the property once the reservation is made, as a payment authorization form must be completed before arrival.
The payment card used to guarantee the reservation must match the card presented upon check in at the hotel. If a reservation is made on behalf of someone that is not the owner of the card a 3rd party authorization form must be completed at the time of booking. This needs to be sent to the hotel along with a photocopy of both sides of the card and photographic ID for them to verify. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry at check-in. Please note it is solely the responsibility of the booker to request and complete an authorization form when making a reservation.
