La Résidence de La Réserve

Located in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, La Résidence de La Réserve is just 1640 feet from the town center. It offers luxury apartments a 5-minute walk from Baie Des Fourmies and Petite Afrique beaches.

All apartments at La Résidence de La Réserve feature a living area with an American kitchen. Each has a dishwasher, a fridge and a microwave for preparing meals.

The residence can be accessed from the Beaulieu-sur-Mer Train Station a 6-minute walk away or Nice Cote d’Azur Airport a 9.9 mi drive away. Private parking is possible on site.

Baby equipment is available at an extra charge:
- EUR 45 per day for a kit containing a high chair and a cot
- EUR 16 per day for a high chair
- EUR 50 per day for a cot.

Please note that a housekeeping service with a change of towels is provided daily. Bed linen is changed once per week for long stays. It is not changed for stays of less than 1 week. No room service is available at The Residence.

Access to the hotel pool is charged 220 € per person and per day including a 3 courses lunch without beverages. Access to the spa will be charged 25 € per hour and per person upon reservation and availability.

Checks are not an accepted method of payment.

Pets of maximum 5 kilos can be accommodated for 100 € per pet and per night upon request.

Please note that a daily cleaning service is provided such as: making beds, emptying bins, renewing towels and vacuuming. However, dish cleaning is not included.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
